of
lead our commercial activities across 3 countries growing and developing the existing business and securing sustainable commercial partnerships with increased value to customers and shareholders. In this role, you will drive growth through strategic thinking, financial acumen, process modernization, and strong customer focus, while ensuring practical, day-to-day commercial execution. You will be a key member of the Baltics leadership team and report directly to the Managing Director.
Your role:
As member
of the management team, participate in developing the commercial
strategy with a strong focus on business development, sales growth, and
profitability management.
Develop
and grow existing customer relationships, securing long-term, value-adding partnerships.
Bring
a strategic, analytical, and financially sound mindset to modernize
customer analysis, pricing models, and commercial processes.
Actively participate in budgeting
and cash flow forecasts, as well as conducting related financial analyses.
Enhance
and update customer management systems and related software tools
to improve efficiency.
Lead
the commercial team and operations, including sales processes,
customer inquiries, order management, Key Account handling and compliance.
Oversee and conduct contract management, sales documentation, financial calculations, margin
analyses, and profitability assessment.
Provide
commercial performance reports and market insights to support
decision-making.
Oversee effective logistics and timely product
deliveries.

We are looking for You!
You have higher education, preferably in
business or a related field, and you have excellent communication skills in English
and Estonian.
You are a
commercially driven leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience incommercial management, sales, or business development,
preferably in B2B markets. You have solid experience in customer management,
sales processes and analytics while developing existing customer relationships
and driving business growth. Regional market expertise is a strong asset.
You possess strong financial and analytical skills
and are capable of developing and applying financial analysis models.
You are
comfortable navigating digital tools and modern commercial platforms.
You have experience in building and leading
successful, efficient and dynamic teams.
You have a strong
strategic mindset combined with the ability to focus on details and drive
operational improvements.You are a leader with
a hands-on approach and excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building
skills. You are proactive, have a curious mindset, and are eager to challenge
assumptions, ask critical questions, and pursue clarity.
