If so, we invite you to lead our transformation as a Group Product Manager and play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver customer-focused, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions.

What You'll Do

As our Group Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our transition from a traditional IT organisation to a product operating model. Your role will include:
  • Revamping the Product Portfolio: Support and contribute the reassessment of product portfolio to prioritize value creation and align with our green mission.
  • Building a Future-Ready Team: Evaluate, reorganize, and mentor a group of 30+ product owners into high-performing product teams.
  • Driving Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment across units.
  • Measuring Success: Define and implement robust KPIs, OKRs, and metrics to track and communicate product success.
  • Implementing Modern Practices: Introduce and embed tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product management practices across the organization.
  • Leading Cultural Change: Foster a culture where product teams take ownership, and business stakeholders embrace a collaborative, product-driven mindset.

What You'll Bring

  • Transformational Experience: A proven history of leading successful transitions from IT-focused operations to a modern product operating model, ideally in a traditional industry.
  • Product Management and Leadership Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on product management experience and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, demonstrating your ability to guide teams and drive digital transformation, including legacy system modernization.
  • Leadership Skills: Visionary thinking combined with the ability to influence stakeholders, excellent communication skills, and a knack for coaching and mentoring product professionals.
  • Customer Focus: A relentless drive to deliver value for customers through innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Estonian and English is essential, as the role requires effective communication with both local and international stakeholders.
Challenges You'll Tackle
  • Cultural Shifts: Lead a mindset change among business stakeholders who are accustomed to ordering features, guiding them toward empowering autonomous product teams.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build trust and foster collaboration in a complex organizational environment that features varying levels of readiness for change.
  • Operational Complexity: Navigate the challenges of modernizing legacy systems while aligning diverse teams under a unified product vision.
