What you’ll be doing as a Product Manager
- Identify what your customers really need and (with the help of your team) turn that into smart solutions for a more sustainable future
- Put together water treatment concepts and prepare tailored offers for new and existing clients
- Stay in sync with your team and clients, making communication smooth and efficient (yes, we use CRM!)
- Take care of our product portfolio – from softeners and filter membranes to UV systems and reverse osmosis units
- Keep an eye on the market, competition and new opportunities - we truly appreciate proactivity
- Create clear technical and commercial specifications, offers and presentations for customers
- Help clients pick the best-fit technical solutions for their projects - you'll be their partner in the process
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers on new products, specs, prices and timelines
- Join client meetings, consultations and project discussions with designers and contractors
- Stay updated on the latest rules, regulations and trends in the water treatment world - curiosity goes a long way at FILTER!
To succeed in this role, you should have
- University Degree in Engineering, ideally in Water Treatment or Chemistry
- a genuine passion for solving problems and making deals happen
- experience in advising industrial customers and creating water treatment solutions
- a goal-oriented mindset and real interest in the process, technology, and truly helping your customers
- excellent planning and organising skills
- be a team player
- English at least level B1
- willingness to travel
- a valid driver’s license
