EXPORT SALES MANAGER

ASB Greenworld is an international company headquartered in Germany, with production facilities in Estonia, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Canada, as well as sales offices across Europe and North America.

Since 1997, ASB Greenworld Eesti OÜ has been operating in Nurme village, Pärnu County, producing peat moss-based substrates and other growing media for professional horticulture and retail markets. Our products are trusted worldwide for their quality and consistency — and we’re growing fast.

We are seeking

 a professional, motivated, and results-driven Export Sales Manager to join our international sales team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and developing partnerships with customers around the world, driving sales growth, and contributing to new product development.



Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cooperation with existing international and Estonian clients
  • Find and establish relationships with new clients worldwide
  • Consult and train customers on products and applications
  • Participate in product development projects
  • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and events


What we expect from you:

  • Higher education (preferably in Economics, International Business, Sales, or Agronomy)
  • Previous experience in export or international sales
  • Willingness to travel abroad for business trips
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Independence, initiative, and a strong results-oriented mindset
  • Team spirit and responsibility
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid driving license

Advantageous skills:
  • Knowledge of the horticultural sector
  • Work experience in the horticultural industry
  • Fluency in additional foreign languages
