3PLGROUP is looking for a Sea Freight Forwarder to join its growing team in Espoo. We are looking for someone with hands-on sea freight forwarding experience who is already comfortable managing shipments independently. As part of a small and growing Finnish team, you will have flexibility, broader responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to the development of the local operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating sea freight shipments from booking to delivery
Working with FCL and LCL shipments
Communicating with customers, shipping lines, agents and international partners
Handling shipping documentation and tracking deliveries
Solving day-to-day operational issues
Preparing quotations and supporting invoicing
Building and maintaining good customer relationships

Salary range: 3500€ - 4000€ gross/monthly

About You:

You have hands-on experience in sea freight forwarding within a logistics or freight forwarding company.
Good understanding of sea freight processes and documentation
Ability to manage shipments independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Fluent Finnish and good English
A proactive and responsible way of working
