As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

 Developing and implementing the company's sales strategy
 Analyzing the market, identifying growth opportunities, and creating sales forecasts
 Managing and developing the sales team, including recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating performance
 Setting and monitoring monthly and annual goals and KPIs
 Preparing regular reports for management, including results, analysis, and recommendations
 Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
 Cooperating with the marketing department to implement campaigns and promotions
 Participating in price, discount, and contract negotiations
 Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends


Your main tasks will be: 
 In the short term: implementing CRM sales software, overseeing sales team activities, and improving process quality 
 In the long term (5 years): enhancing the product portfolio, strengthening the sales team, and achieving targeted results


To succeed in this role, you should have: 


  • A university degree 
  • A strong background in sales (experience in technical sales is an advantage) and general knowledge of the industrial market 
  • Skills in team growth and attracting new talent 
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to make strategic decisions – proactivity is key in this role 
  • Experience using CRM tools (we use Pipedrive) 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • English at minimum B1 level 
  • Willingness to travel 
  • A valid driver’s license
