✔ Developing and implementing the company's sales strategy
✔ Analyzing the market, identifying growth opportunities, and creating sales forecasts
✔ Managing and developing the sales team, including recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating performance
✔ Setting and monitoring monthly and annual goals and KPIs
✔ Preparing regular reports for management, including results, analysis, and recommendations
